Für absolute Anfänger, die noch nie Pilze gesammelt haben, bis hin zu fortgeschrittenen Sammlern.

Dieser Kurs wird gemeinsam mit unserem Partner Getnö Gård veranstaltet – in einer atemberaubend schönen Wald- und Schärenlandschaft mitten im Åsnen National Park – oder kann privat an anderen Orten in Småland organisiert werden.

Offene Kurse sind jetzt auch bei unseren Partnern Asa Herrgård und Osaby Herrgård verfügbar. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch die jeweilige Kurssprache.

Der Nachmittagskurs umfasst:

Einführung in die Mykologie
Wo und wann man nach Pilzen sucht
Bestimmung der einfachsten Pilzarten für den Einstieg, mit Fokus auf Arten ohne gefährliche Doppelgänger
Grundtechniken – Sammeln, Reinigen und Lagern
Kochtechniken inklusive praktischer Vorführung und Verkostung der Tagesausbeute
